Roof Maintenance

The roof should be inspected at least twice a year during the Spring and the Fall seasons. It is also recommended that it be inspected after any significant weather event. The inspection begins by looking at the outside of the building looking for cracks, stains, rusting, watermarks and wet spots. The observations may give clues to not only roofing problems but also other conditions affecting the performance of the roof. the most important part is to inspect the roof. the key component to a roof inspection is the attention to detail.
