The roof should be inspected at least twice a year during the Spring and the Fall seasons. It is also recommended that it be inspected after any significant weather event. The inspection begins by looking at the outside of the building looking for cracks, stains, rusting, watermarks and wet spots. The observations may give clues to not only roofing problems but also other conditions affecting the performance of the roof. the most important part is to inspect the roof. the key component to a roof inspection is the attention to detail. Chilliwack Roofing’s inspections will look at all aspects of the roof. All the drains, field area and flashings will be checked to make sure their integrity is maintained.
Chilliwack Roofing Maintenance Programs
Chilliwack Roofing offers our customers who have recently re-roofed, a maintenance program to support our workmanship guarantee. We will be happy to provide a quote for establishing regular maintenance inspections. Chilliwack Roofing has three levels of maintenance programs a Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Bronze Program
You will receive a documented yearly inspection report and we will clean your drains, gutters and downspouts. For any additional work that is not covered under warranty you will receive a written quote.
Silver Program
You will receive everything from the bronze in addition we will re-caulk any metal joints, flashings and remover moss build up.
Gold Program
You will receive everything above but we will inspect the roof twice a year.
